We’re looking for a proactive Partnerships and PR Coordinator to help elevate Kester Black’s presence. In this role, you’ll build authentic relationships, drive impactful influencer campaigns, and shape the brand narrative through earned media and strategic partnerships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your focus will be on growing awareness, trust, and excitement around Kester Black through thoughtful partnerships and compelling PR campaigns. You’ll play a key role in expanding our community of creators and ambassadors, bringing our brand to life across digital, social, and traditional media.

As the go-to for partnerships and PR, you’ll collaborate closely with team members across marketing and brand to ensure everything we share feels consistent, elevated, and true to Kester Black.

 

What You’ll Do

• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant markets

• Plan and execute product seeding and gifting initiatives to drive engagement and awareness

• Coordinate campaign briefs, contracts, and deliverables for collaborations

• Develop and coordinate PR campaigns to support new product launches, seasonal collections, and brand milestones

• Prepare press releases, media kits, and brand materials

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and key media contacts

• Maintain records of outreach and performance, track and report on results and impact, and share insights with the team to inform strategy, optimise future activities, and improve processes.

 

What You’ll Bring

You’re a natural relationship builder with a strong sense of initiative and a flair for brand storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love balancing creative thinking with organised execution.

You’ll also bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or partnerships (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

• A considered understanding of Australian media and influencer landscapes

• Familiarity with PR and influencer tools or platforms

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to grow and innovate
